Yes! please ask your colleagues to setup a free account then contact us with your business name and your colleagues email address so we can associate them with your business.
After that you and your colleagues can manage the listings, respond to customers etc..

Yes, there is no limit to the number of listings a business can add.
We offer 3 plans currently. Starting from just £10 for a one time listing for some categories. Create a listing and see our plans.
Yes! if you are a charity and want to add your listing please contact us.
No! we currently only charge for a listing. We will be introducing a booking system in the future, but this will be an optional add-on.
Yes! Please contact us and one of the team will help you upgrade your listing to a different plan. You can upgrade your plan at anytime.
Yes! Please contact us for help with downgrading your listing plan. Your listing will downgrade on the next renewal date for your listing plan. If this is monthly then it will be effective within one month, if yearly then your listing plan will downgrade on the yearly anniversary of your plan.
Yes Please contact us for assistance with cancelling a listing. We remove a listing normally on the same day. As per our T&C's any fees paid are non-refundable.
When you add a listing and select a plan you will receive an invoice by email and also be able to view the invoice at the time on the confirmation screen.
You can pay by credit/debit card for one off and yearly listings. If you have selected a pay monthly plan then please complete the direct debit instructions in the invoice. The green pay now link will guide you through the process.
Once payment has been received we do a quick review of your listing and put it live!

Login to your account and on the left hand menu you will see "Invoices", here you can view outstanding and paid invoices. If you click the link you can get a PDF copy at any time.
We are introducing this feature shortly (June 2023), you will be able to respond to any reviews left for you listing at this point.
Reviews are very important for our visitors to get a feel for how pet friendly a listing is. Unless the review breaches our T&C's we will not remove reviews.

No! if you have one though please add the website so visitors can view all your businesses details.
We recommend your images are 1149px wide and 766 pixels high ideally. The system will auto resize the images to that size, but we will crop images if they are to big.
You can upload images upto 5meg in size.
We recommend uploading JPG format files, but you can upload PNG's as well. We will convert them to a web optimised format to keep the speed of the website fast!
The number of pictures shown on the listing depends on the plan you have selected, although you can add lots of pictures, the plan determines how many will show on the listing itself.
You can always upgrade to another plan, just contact us and we can arrange this for you.
By adding pets allowed in ALL area's on the pet policy page of you listing, you are automatically adding these pet types and sizes to all rooms/area's of your listing.
If you want to be specific about where a pet can go at your listing, then do not fill in the pet types/sizes on the Pet Policy & Access page of your listing, instead add them to each room/space that you allow pets.
Yes! GoFurry was designed to allow listings to specify exactly what pet types, sizes and number are welcome. Just add pets to a room/area of you listing.
